FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed optical device determining angular position of axis rotation (vector of kinetic moment) of spherical rotor may be used in contactless gyroscopes with electric or magnetic suspension of rotor. Device incorporates three pairs of autoreflectors placed orthogonally and interacting with contrast pattern (raster) on rotor which is manufactured in the form of one or several alternating dark and light zones between which boundary lines are made in the form of lines of intersection of sphere of rotor having radius R with cylindrical surface having radius, whereis angle between dynamic axis of symmetry of rotor and symmetry axis of cylindrical surface. In this case diametrically opposite generating lines of cylindrical surface cross correspondingly pole and equator of rotor. Proposed device provides for full range of measured angle with law of change (linear, in particular) set by angle β and has high adaptability to manufacture based on rotation of tool, for instance, during manufacture of high-precision template for deposition of raster on rotor and usage of cylindrical gauges to inspect quality of manufacture. EFFECT: high adaptability to manufacture. |
