<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a tray reduced in pressure loss, good in gas dispersion and not generating the mixing with an absorbing soln. by forming a chevron- shaped risers having a plurality of opening parts in series so that the opening parts do not overlap with each other and forming a recovery trough on the inner periphery of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: Risers 101a, 101b are composed of chevron-shaped inclined plates having opening parts arranged thereto so as to leave an interval between the opening parts. A plurality of the risers 101a, 101b are arranged in the height direction of a gas-liquid contact column 102 so as to leave an interval so that the opening parts of the risers 101a, 101b of the respective stages do not overlap with each other. A recovery trough 103 is formed on the inner periphery of the gas-liquid contact column 102 and the absorbing soln. flowing down from the inclined surfaces of the risers 101a, 101b is receiving by the recovery trough 103 to be recovered. By this constitution, since gas passes even from the opening parts of the risers, the dispersion of the gas is enhanced and, since the absorbing soln. is recovered from the recovery trough, the mixing thereof is prevented.</p> |
