PURPOSE: To lighten a room by applying paint formed of oligoacrylate, polyhydric alchohol metacrylate, glass powder, aluminum powder, etc., on metal plate, etc., and curing them to form a coating layer. CONSTITUTION: Two or more (meta)acrylyl groups are contained in one molecule, and tetrahydrophthalic acid, etc., less than 500 of (meta)acrylyl group equivalent is esterified to compound oligo(meta)acrylate, and component (I) is formed. Two or more metacrylyl groups are contained in one molecule, and polyhydric alchohol metacrylate such as ethylene glycol dimetacrylate, etc., less than 121 of metacrylyl group equivalent is formed as component (II). Weight ratio between components (I) and (II) is 1/0.5-1/2, and paint adding 1-40 pts.wt. of glass powder less than volume 6.5×10<4>μm<3> and 1-20 pts.wt. of aluminum powder, etc., of radius 1-50μto 100 pts.wt. as gross volume thereof is applied on metal plate, etc. They are cured with an electron beam under the atmosphere less than 1% of oxygen concentration.
