FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, drying of food products of plant or animal origin or combination of them. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding food product; filling processing containers with ground product; placing containers in drying chamber on rack or positioning containers randomly; drying till final moisture content of product is 3-7%, with temperature of drying agent ranging from 20 to 120 C. Apparatus has processing containers. Each container is formed as mold having cover, pan and side walls detachably connected one with the other. Containers are provided with moisture discharge openings with inner surface configuration corresponding to different geometrical figures allowing differently shaped ready product to be obtained. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method, improved quality and increased ornamental effect of ready product. |
