<p>PURPOSE:To attain guidance of destination and transmission of required information to a driver of a vehicle efficiently by recognizing each vehicle automatically, setting the destination depending on the idle berth based on the recognition and giving a command to each vehicle. CONSTITUTION:An RF-ID (data carrier) transmitter is fitted in a vehicle or placed in the vehicle and a paging device 25 is provided to each vehicle. When the vehicle enters a gate, the RF-ID data of the vehicle is read through an antenna 11 and a transmitter-receiver 12 and a management work station 26 recognizes a vehicle to display the destination onto a display board 13. In this case, when a loading/unloading berth of the vehicle is not idle, a parking place is commanded as the destination. The vehicle is recognized through an antenna 18 and a transmitter-receiver 19 in the parking place and when the loading/ unloading berth of the vehicle is idle, the destination is commanded to the display board 17 or the paging device 25. Thus, the vehicle is guided quickly and surely and the loading/unloading is finished in a short time.</p> |
