The support wall (5) of the tubular seal (1) facing the reinforcement (4) has a lengthwise slot (6) leading into the seal and dividing the support wall into two parts (7,8). The wall parts have holes (11) into which the reinforcement with its clip-in protuberances (12) fits. The side of the reinforcement facing away from the tubular seal has two outer and one middle arms (13,14,15) pointing away from the tubular seal. The cheeks (2,3) gripping over the sides of the reinforcement are each deflected by more than 90 degrees on the free ends of the two outer arms (13,14), and rest with their free ends against the middle arm (15).
