PURPOSE: To obtain holed noodles contributing to reduction in boiling operating cost, good texture and improvement in health preservation. CONSTITUTION: Holes 2 are bored in the vicinities of the centers of beltlike noodles 1. A boiling time is shortened to cause reduction in cost. Flat surface and smooth texture are obtained because of a large surface area. Texture immediately after boiling is maintained long since the noodles are hardly elongated after boiling. Soup for noodles is integrated with the noodles, excellent texture is obtained even with soup having a low salt content and the noodles contribute to the improvement in health because salt can be reduced. |
