FIELD: measurement technology, SHF equipment. SUBSTANCE: cell measuring dielectric permittivity has two microstrip resonators with dielectric filling coupled electromagnetically. Their resonance frequencies are equal and coupling coefficient on resonance frequency converts to zero. Such design makes it possible to exclude necessity in usage of SHF frequency-tunable generator and frequency meter when measuring dielectric permittivity of liquids with the aid of proposed cell. EFFECT: enhanced measurement reliability.
