PURPOSE: To attain the AV system comprising combinations of a television receiver and its peripheral equipments operated interactively on a screen by means of one common remote commander. CONSTITUTION: A television receiver 11 and its peripheral equipments 12, 13 are respectively provided with a screen display means and a common remote commander 14 is provided with a television input changeover button, a menu button, cursor moving buttons and an enter button and operated interactively while observing a screen menu and a control means of each equipment is programmed to be in reception operation at all times by an input changeover command and programmed to be in reception operation only when its own video image is selected in the case of other commands. When its own video signal is selected, operation functions are displayed as a list on a screen and the operation function is selected by a cursor. |
