METHOD FOR DETERMINING CONCENTRATION FACTOR OF HEAT FLUX

FIELD: systems for measuring heat fluxes from heat source towards part being treated, namely at welding and related processes; welding technique. SUBSTANCE: temperature field of plate is determined according to pattern of normally-distributed moving heat source. Effective power of said source is measured in addition by measuring mean temperature increment of plate or by calorimetry. Crossings of analytical dependances of concentration from thermal conductivity upon different fixed temperature increments and known of heat source restrict range of actual values. Temperature measurements are being performed just near heat source. That effects sensitivity of all parameters of experiment to temperature changes. EFFECT: significantly increased accuracy of measurements, simplification of method as for determinations and simultaneous evaluation it is sufficient to record only on thermal cycle.
