The equipment is for the use of a microscope during surgical operations, and secures an endoscope (4) in front of the microscope itself (2). A scissor linkage (5) is mounted between the eyepiece (3) of the endoscope and the microscope lens (1). This can be mounted on a rigid guide column (6) attached between microscope and endoscope, while between it and the microscope there can be a slide (7) to allow rapid changeover of lenses (8,9). The linkage can be self-locking in position, and there can be a coupling between column and endoscope to allow replacement of the latter. USE/ADVANTAGE - Surgical microphone allows observation of a large part of the operating area.
