PURPOSE: To protect the security of data or to protect privacy at the time of converting data in an image system into data in a code system so as to input it by dividing a data item which cannot be recognized into data item units and distributing them to plural processors. CONSTITUTION: Data filled in an original slip 1 is read by using an original slip reader 2 and a read result is obtained. A correction controller 4 distributes the data items which cannot be character-recognized by the original slip reader 2 into plural clients 6 through a communication equipment 5, inputs correction, receives the corrected data items, synthesizes them with the read result 3 and generates completion data 7. At the time of manually inputting the data item which cannot be read in the original slip 1, the data items (name, age and the like) are divided and the respective clients 6 execute operations. Thus, the clients (persons inputting key punch) 6 do not need to view the whole input original slip 1, and the leakage of security information can be prevented. |
