PURPOSE: To provide a superconducting flux measuring device high in economy capable of measuring a small magnetic field in a wide range with little influence of noise and crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: This device is constituted by furnishing (m) pieces ((m) is a natural number) of pickup coils 2-1 -2-m to convert a flux to a detection signal, a change-over circuit 4 to selectively output each of detection signals from (m) pieces of the pickup coils 2-1 -2-m to either one of (n) pieces of terminals T1 -Tn ((n) is a natural number) in accordance with a control signal Scr1 , (n) pieces of input coils 3-1 -3-n to connected to each of (n) pieces of the terminals T1 -Tn of the change-over circuit 4 and to generate a magnetic field to correspond to the detection signal to be input and (n) pieces of superconducting quantum interference devices 1-1 -1-n magnetically connected to each of (n) pieces of the input coils 3-1 -3-n and to form a signal corresponding to change of magnetic fields of the input coils 3-1 -3-n . It is possible to measure a small magnetic field in a wide range by the control signal. If m>n, it is more economical. |
