PURPOSE: To produce a (100) preferentially oriented PbTiO3 thin film with respect to the surface of a (111) oriented Pt substrate by applying a conjugate alkoxide of Pb and Ti on a Pt substrate axially oriented in the (111) direction and subjecting to heat treating and firing at a specific temp. CONSTITUTION: A precursor solution containing the conjugate alkoxide of Pb and Ti is prepared. Next, the precursor solution is applied on the Pt substrate axially oriented in the (111) direction. The coated material is heat treated at 200-400 deg.C. Then, the desired oriented film is obtained by firing the heat treated substrate at 500-800 deg.C to allow it to crystallize. The alkoxide solution as the coating solution is prepared by mixing at least one kind of a lead compound in the organic acid salt, inorganic salt or alkoxide of lead with a solvent expressed by R1 OC2 H2 OH (R1 is a >=1C alkyl group). At this time, when the lead compound contains water of crystallization, water or the like is preferably removed by a method such as distillation to avoid water content in the prepared Pb alkoxide solution. |
