PURPOSE: To make the filter for ultrahigh frequency small. CONSTITUTION: The filter is provided with linear conductor films L1 , L2 , L3 of λ/4 resonated at a center frequency f0 , the interval among the linear conductor films and the interval among the linear conductor films and a ground conductor film G are adjusted to configure the band pass filter having, e.g. a desired input output impedance. Coplaner lines are configured. Thus, the filter is made smaller than a conventional filter and no wiring is required on the rear side and the configuration is simplified. Since the filter is independently of the thickness of the dielectric film, the manufacture is facilitated and the characteristic is improved by connecting the plural filter elements. |
