METHOD FOR ELIMINATION OF FLEXION CONTRACTURE OF ELBOW JOINT

FIELD: medicine; surgical methods of management of the locomotor system applicable in orthopedics and traumatology of posttraumatic flexion contracture of the elbow joint. SUBSTANCE: method for elimination of flexion contracture of elbow joint includes use of the apparatus of perosseous fixing. Wires are driven through the elbow tip and fixed to semiring installed with inclination. The apparatus supports are interconnected. Partial osteotomy of the base of the elbow tip through the skin incision on the rear surface is performed. Elbow tip is bent due to trampling up to the desired change of the curvature of the trochlear notch. After suturing the wound, applied round the wires and to wound are aseptic dressings. Next day after operation functional movements of elbow joint are started with the help of the perosseous fixation apparatus. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
