CONSTITUTION: The number of pulses of a signal of an FG 8 of a take-up reel 3 is counted in gradually lowering rotating torque of the take-up reel 3 after fixing a supply reel 4 by a brake 13. Then, when the count value becomes a prescribed number of pulses set previously in accordance with a tape winding diameter concerned, the take-up reel 3 is braked.</p> |
