ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE ROLL

摘要

PURPOSE: To provide an electrically conductive roll, improved in environmental dependence of electrical resistance and capable of manifesting stabilized roll performances regardless of a change in an environment while ensuring a sufficient current value and excellent leak resistance on the roll surface. CONSTITUTION: This electrically conductive roll is obtained by forming a prescribed electrically conductive elastic body layer 14 on the outer peripheral surface of a shaft body 12 and further providing a resistance regulating layer 16 formed by using a rubber composition prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. hydrogenated nitrile rubber or nitrile rubber with at least 40-90 pts.wt. carbon black having <=50ml/100g absorption volume of dibutyl phthalate oil as an electrically conductive filler and an ionic conducting agent in an amount not exceeding 1 pt.wt. on the outer peripheral surface of the electrically conductive elastic body layer 14.
