PURPOSE:To obtain the fuel electrode material for solid electrolyte fuel cell, which has excellent sulfidization resistance, by using YSZ or MgAl2O4 to carry Co metal so as to form the cermet composition. CONSTITUTION:Co metal or the alloy NixCo1-x(0<x<=0.97) of Ni and Co is carried by YSZ or MgAl2O4 so as to compose the cermet composition expressed with Co-YSZ, (NixCo1-x)-YSZ, or Co-MgAl2O4, (NixCo1-x)-MgAl2O4, and the electrode material composed of this cermet composition is used so that the generation of sulfide is restricted and that the deterioration of electrode performance is restricted. Sintering of the active metal is prevented by using this electrode material so as to hold the porous structure of the fuel cell, and lowering of the output of a solid electrolyte fuel cell system is prevented so as to enable the stabilized operation. |
