PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus and method capable of surely simply cleaning out ready-mixed concrete choking the inside of a joint pipe of the ready-mixed concrete transferring pipe. CONSTITUTION:A ready-mixed concrete transferring pipe is composed of joint pipes 22, 22... connected to a connecting rubber hose extending from a ready- mixed concrete pumping car 10 and a driving hose connected to the tip of the joint pipe. An inside cleaning-out device for cleaning out the ready-mixed concrete choking the inside to the ready-mixed concrete transferring pipe is provided with a compressor of a high pressure generating source and high pressure tank and a pipe joint part 55 for receiving an elastic pushing-out body 553 therein is provided on the tip of a high pressure hose 53 for introducing high pressure air from the high pressure air generating source. The pipe joint part 55 is fixed to one end of the removed joint pipe 22. When a valve 554 is opened by a lever 555, the high pressure air pushes the pushing-out body 553 from behind to eject the ready-mixed concrete choking the inside from the tip. |
