PURPOSE: To provide a silver halide photographic material having an improved antistatic characteristic and improved coatability. CONSTITUTION: This silver halide photographic material consists of a base, >=1 silver halide emulsion layers applied thereon and hydrophilic colloid layers applied on the >=1 silver halide emulsion layers. The hydrophilic colloid layers of this silver halide photographic material consist of the combination of (a) >=1 surfactants selected from a nonionic perfluoroalkyl (alkylene) polyoxyethylene surfactant and polyoxyethylene denatured polysiloxane surfactant and (b) >=1 salts selected from a group of perfluoroalkyl sulfonyl imides and perfluoroalkyl sulfonyl methides.
