<p>PURPOSE:To provide a motor capable of improving reliability and work efficiency by providing a motor with a groove which is made at a shaft such that it straddles the inwall face of a receiving part from one part of the section opposed to the inside periphery of one bearing. CONSTITUTION:A circular seat 11d, which has a wall face 11c communicating with a shaft engaging hole 11b, is projected at the protrusion 11a of a motor 10, and for the motor 10, a coil 12 having a coil 13 wound is set on the protrusion 11a, and then the other end of a shaft 14 is set in the shaft engaging hole 11b. Next, the inner rings 15a and 16a of bearings 15 and 16 are set on the shaft 14 where adhesives 14c and 14b are applied in the groove, and then a hub 17, where a yoke 18 and a drive magnet 19 are fixed, is fixed set on the outer rings 15b and 16b. At this time, the bearing 16 is positioned in such condition that the inner ring 16a abuts on the seat 11d, but the adhesive never penetrates into the inside of the bearing 16. As a result, for the bearing, the obstruction by the adhesive is eliminated, and a reliable motor can be obtained.</p> |
