LASHING TERMINATION STRUCTURE AND TERMINATION METAL

PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for lashing termination by anchoring the end part of lashing wire using a termination metal secured to a messenger wire. CONSTITUTION:In order to secure a termination metal 1 to a messenger wire M, an embracing member 3 is opened at the forward end part thereof while loosening a bolt member 4 to make an appropriate gap in which the messenger wire M is set. The embracing member 3 is then recovered and tightened by driving the bolt member 4. After the termination metal 1 is secured to the messenger wire M, a lashing wire R is wound, along with the messenger wire M, while touching the forward side face of the termination metal 1 at the end part thereof. This structure shortens the time required for lashing termination.
