PURPOSE:To quickly and accurately input data by displaying a reference picture for displaying image data received through a communication line and a data input picture for inputting information included in the image data in parallel. CONSTITUTION:Image data are transmitted from a terminal equipment to a data receiving part 16 through a communication line 38 and stored in a data storing part 18 in each file. A file reading part 22 in a control part 20 transfers image data stored in the storing part 18 to a display part 28 in a display 12 and a reference picture 30 for displaying the image data and a data input picture 32 including a data input area 34 are displayed in parallel. A scroll controlling part 24 scrolls the picture 30 and data inputted to the area 34 by the operation of a keyboard 14 are temporarily stored in a storage part 26 while referring to the picture 30. Consequently, an operator can input necessary image data from the reference picture 30 to the input area 34 without largely moving his (or her) visual line from a screen. |
