<p>PURPOSE:To short circuit and restore a power-cable insulation and connection part with good operability and at low costs. CONSTITUTION:Coupling metal fittings 19, 19 are fixed respectively to flanges 11, 12 for copper pipes 15, 16 which are fixed to both edges of an insulating pipe 10. When sheaths for both power cables are to be short-circuited, both ends of a short-circuit plate 23 are attached to the coupling metal fittings 19, 19 by means of mounting bolts 24, 24 so as to be detachable.</p> |
