PURPOSE:To obtain a temperature detecting circuit, which is not affected with the voltage of a power supply, by providing a resistor, which is connected to the anode of a diode whose cathode is grounded, a resistor, whose one end is grounded, and the like. CONSTITUTION:A first resistor 8 is connected to the anode of a diode 7, whose cathode is grounded. One end of a second resistor 9 is grounded. The voltages, which are obtained by subtracting the base-emitter voltages from the bias voltages, are generated at the emitters of first and second transistors 10 and 11. Therefore, specified voltages are applied on the diode 7 and the resistors 8 and 9. Thus, the specified voltages are generated at the emitters of third and fourth transistors 12 and 13 by currents flowing through the resistors 8 and 9 and applied on the bases of fifth and sixth transistors 14 and 15. The emitter voltages of the transistors 14 and 15 are applied on the bases of seventh and eighth transistors 16 and 17. Furthermore, voltages, which are lower than the base voltages by specified voltages, are generated at the emitters of the transistors 16 and 17. Therefore, the output in correspondence with the change in temperature, which does not comply with the change in voltage of a power supply, is generated. |
