PURPOSE:To hold both ends of a rod shaft securely by a handy means so as not to slip off by a method wherein an anchor belt is mounted on a hoisting belt, rings are attached to both ends of the hoisting belt to hold both ends of a rod shaft passing through a core pipe of a paper sheet being inserted therethrough and a buckle to clasp the anchor belt. CONSTITUTION:An anchor belt 7 for fixing a bed 4 on a hoisting belt 6 is mounted on the hoisting belt 6 to be applied on the top surface of the bed 4 along the width thereof with both ends thereof hanging on left and right sides of the bed 4 and one or two or more of rings 8 are attached separately to both ends of the hoisting belt 6 to hold both ends of a rod shaft 2 passing through a core pipe 2 of a paper sheet 1 being inserted therethrough. Then, a buckle 9 is attached on the anchor belt 7 to be latched on the undersurface side of the bed 4 to clasp. Thus, the paper sheet hangs so that it is held parallel with the head of the bed by the deal load thereof and the weight of the rod shaft or the like thereby allowing the sheet to be laid straight on the bed being unwound smoothly. |
