<p>PURPOSE:To increase the heating and cooling rates of the base plate and pressurizing jigs of the clamping device which clamps cores disposed with brazing filler metals in contact parts and a face plate in the state of arranging the same in the form of a honeycomb structural body, thereby increasing the heating rate of the cores and brazing filler metals clamped by this device and increasing the cooling rate of the cores and the face plate to improve the joined strength of the brazed part and the accuracy of the honeycomb structural body. CONSTITUTION:The base plate 5 and the pressurizing jigs 6 are formed respectively to the grid shape and vent holes 11 are respectively provided on side walls 8 of respective blocks 9 formed in a grid form.</p> |
