摘要 PURPOSE:To notice the next station that the train has been delayed for precise train operation control by calculating a permissible running curve from the expected running curve of a train diagram memory while allowing for a permissible delay time, and using a train delay judgment means to judge that a train has been delayed if an actual running curve calculated from each actuation circuit relay has been delayed by the permissible running curve or more. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of track circuits 16 are formed in a station 12 and 1T to 7T track circuits 17 are provided along the track 11 between the station 12 and the next station 13. A track circuit relay 18 detects the presence of any train from the track circuits 17 and transmits signals to a track circuit input portion 19 and further to an arithmetic processing portion 20. The running curve calculating part 25 of the arithmetic processing portion 20 originates an expected running curve and a permissible running curve from a train diagram memory 22, and an actual running curve calculating part 26 originates an actual running curve. When the current actual running time exceeds a permissible time, a train delay judging part 27 judges that the train has been delayed more than permitted, and then a display processing portion 23 causes the estimated time of arrival to be displayed in train guide displays 24a-24c.
