PURPOSE:To provide a piezoelectric device suitable for a piezoelectric actuator such as a high reliability excellent characteristic piezoelectric bimorph. CONSTITUTION:There is provided a piezoelectric device of a structure where a metal plate intermediate electrode 15 is held between piezoelectric ceramic plates 11, 12 including electrodes formed on the surfaces thereof the metal plate of the intermediate electrode 15 is divided into a plurality of substructures together with an electrode 13 disposed on a piezoelectric ceramic plate surface of the piezoelectric device bonded to the intermediate electrode 15, and they are bonded with a bonding agent. For the shape of each divided substructure a parallel stripe is desirable. Hereby, air bubbles and air gaps are prevented from being formed upon bonding. |
