VIBRATION CONTROL MECHANISM FOR TRAILER

PURPOSE:To provide a vibration control mechanism for a trailer which is constituted to firmly support an auxiliary load-carrying platform to a load-carrying platform through simple structure, hardly transmit vibration and an impact during running from the load-carrying platform to the auxiliary load-carrying platform, prevent the damage of a cargo, and eliminate the need for a daily maintenance service. CONSTITUTION:Formation of a vibration control mechanism for a trailer is such that an auxiliary load-carrying platform 4 on which a cargo is loaded is mounted on the frame of a load-carrying platform through a buffering means. To support the auxiliary load-carrying platform 4 to the load-carrying platform 1, a support beam 9 is formed integrally with the auxiliary load-carrying platform. A multistage lamination rubber unit 13 is coupled to the support beam 9 and formed in such a manner that lamination rubber elements 15 to buffer the auxiliary load-carrying platform 4 are arranged in a multistage and a plurality of rows through a coupling plate 14. The support beams and the multistage lamination rubber units are arranged at least in three spots on the load-carrying platform 1 and a shock absorber is located between the frame of the load- carrying platform 1 and the auxiliary load-carrying platform 4.
