PURPOSE:To provide a germ-removing device for an air conditioner in which air itself aerated within a hospital through the air conditioner can be positively disinfected and a nosocomical infection can be effectively prevented. CONSTITUTION:One side of a casing 1 which can be connected to air supplying and discharging ports 12 and 13 of an air conditioner 1 is formed with an air supplying port 2, the other side of the casing is formed with an air discharging port 3 to be communicated with each other. A filter 4a of strong acid water to which air is contacted to disinfect air is arranged within the casing 1. The disinfection device is installed at an air supplying port 12 or an air discharging port 13 of the air conditioner 11 set in a hospital and then a positive disinfection is carried out with the filter 4a of strong acid water for air aerated within the hospital, thereby a nosocomical infection is effectively prevented.
