<p>PURPOSE: To provide a robust, compact, and inexpensive device in which data input, storage, and transfer can be easily attained. CONSTITUTION: A user sets a sheet on which a format is printed or the like on a board 102 of a device 100, and traces it with a pen tip which is not shown in the figure. The board detects the pen tip, reads a symbol from the position, and stores it. The stored symbol can be transferred through a communication link to an outside device. The inputted symbol is not displayed.</p> |
