The olefin based resin having good coating property is composed of 40-80 wt% crystalline polypropylene resin, 1-50 wt% thermoplastic olefin based rubber component crosslinked dynamically with 10-70 wt% crystalline polypropylene resin and 90-30 wt% ethylene-alpha-olefin rubber graft-copolymerized with styrene and acrylonitrile, less than 30 wt% modified polypropylene resin prepared by grafting the polar monomer which does not react modified polyethylene copolymer and has the physical compatibility, 1-30 wt% modified ethylene copolymer prepared by grafting alpha,beta-unsaturated carboxylic acid or its derivatives, and less than 40 wt% inorganic filler such as calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, talc, carbon fiber etc.
