PURPOSE:To reduce the water treatment cost and improve the utilizing efficiency of heat by selectively branching the cooling water which recovers heat in a fuel cell and is circulated to a steam separator, and supplying the water to the steam separator through a heat utilizing facility and a water tank. CONSTITUTION:The cooling water from a steam separator 1 is supplied to a fuel cell 3 by a circulating pump 2. The cooling water in the boiled state which recovers heat there is passed to a waste heat recovering heat exchanger 4 through a circulating circuit L to partially recover the heat, and then returned to the steam separator 1. In such a fuel cell heat utilizing device, a three-way valve 5 is arranged in the circulating circuit L to selectively pass the cooling water after heat recovery to a heat utilizing facility 6 and receive the resulting water by a water tank 7, where the draining of a blow down water F and the supplement of a cooling W water are carried out, and the water is supplied to the steam separator 1 by a feed water pump 8. The three-way valve 5 detects the temperature of the steam separator 1 through a pressure sensor 9, and is controlled by a control unit 10 on the basis of the detected value. |
