PURPOSE:To provide the venting metal fitting capable of replacing a venting metal net in a short time by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION:Since a metal net receiving ring 2 holding a metal net 3 and a metal net press ring 5 are fixed to the outer frame 1 fixed to an upper mold 12 through an intermediate elastic frame 4, the metal net 3 can be simply attached and detached. Therefor, when a foaming mold for urethane foam is disassembled, the replacement of the metal net 3 can be performed within a short time by simple operation. Since the metal net receiving ring 2 is fitted to the stepped par 43 of the intermediate elastic frame 4, the fitted metal net 3 can sufficiently withstand foaming pressure. Since the attachment processing of the metal net is not required even when the metal net is newly produced, the production time of a mold is greatly shortened. |
