摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of copper to a mating material without incorporating large amounts of lead, to provide satisfactory seizure resistance necessary for practical use, and to improve the sliding property of conventional various coppery sliding materials to a greater extent. CONSTITUTION:This material is a coppery sliding material which has a composition consisting of 0.1-5% Ag, 0.001-1% S, and the balance essentially Cu with inevitable impurities or further containing optional elements as follows: (a) <=20% Sn, <=0.5% P, <=5% Al, <=1% Si, <=5% Mn, <=5% Cr, <=5% Ni, and <=30% Zn; (b) <=30%, in total, of Pb and Bi; (c) <=20vol.%, each, of graphite, MoS2, and WS2; and (d) <=20vol.% in total of Al2O3, SiO2 Si3N4, Fe3P, FeB NiB, and BN and/or SiC.
