Thermoplastics carrier bags - from half sleeve with fitted reinforcement band and rings cut centrally

Thermoplastics material as sleeving is cut into rings to form double handles, these then fastened by glue or welded onto a reinforcement band which is then fixed to a half sleeve forming the bag web. The band is then cut along the center to form handles and bands each side and the bag web cross-welded in the gaps between the handle pairs to give bag flats. The handles can be made separately, fastened as convenient and appropriate to the purpose of the bag product.
