PURPOSE:To allow packaging pads to be easily incinerated just like paper after use while sufficiently keeping a function as padding material by a method wherein bulged padding parts having a shape-keeping function are provided in projection to padding pieces which are formed of general purpose resin with an inorganic additive added. CONSTITUTION:Padding pieces 3b and 3c are bendably connected respectively to each or sides of a padding piece 3a, and thereby a corner pad A is formed. The corner pad A is made by vacuum forming out of an inorganic filled plastic sheet 1 that is made by adding and blending an inorganic additive such as calcium carbonate to a general purpose resin such as polypropylene. Bulged padding parts 4 are formed in projection by vacuum forming to each of the padding pieces 3a-3c. Then, the padding pieces 3b and 3c are bend against the padding piece 3a, and a fitting part 9 of the padding piece 3a is brought into contact with a wall 4b on one side of the bulged padding part 4 of the padding piece 3b, and a connecting projection 10 is connected with a connecting dent 11, and thereby the state of bending can be kept for the three padding pieces 3a-3c. |
