PURPOSE:To provide a joined structure with an extruding member and mating member by which joining hardware is needless and joining strength is improved. CONSTITUTION:The joined structure is constructed by crossing and joining the end part of an extruding member A1 having a closed cross-sectional structure part a1 with the longitudinal intermediate part of a mating bar-like member (extruding member) B1. The extruding member A1 is integrally provided with a joining part c1 by whose shape coinciding the outside shape of the mating member B1 and the mating member B1 is included in it at its end part and the joining part c1 is joined to the outer surface of longitudinal intermediate part of mating member B1 by brazing, or spot welding, etc.
