<p>PURPOSE: To provide a method for transmitting data from one or more information providers to one or more end users in a single direction by a broadcasting device or a multiple radiation transmitting medium. CONSTITUTION: An information provider operates as a data source constituting plural variable length messages, and issues a control packet, authorization/non- authorization packet, and information packet. An end user has a special address as a permanent attribute. The authorization/non-authorization packet selectively turns a special end user or the group of the special end users into an operative state or an inoperative state. Capability to receive data is explicitly invalidated to one or more end users by each information provider, or ended after an applied time. The grouping of the end users is managed and updated through the control packet by each information provider. Any end user is simultaneously included in plural groups.</p> |
