PURPOSE:To independently update resident information and delivery information and to eliminate the need to pay attention to one when the other is updated by managing the resident information with branch numbers added by the households of a multiple dwelling house, and relating both the pieces of information by using the addresses. CONSTITUTION:A client program 112 writes a user's request from an input device in the server-side communication port 123 of the main storage device 122 of a resident managing server. The written contents consist of the identifier 201 of a client, the kind 202 of a command, and a parameter group 203 of the command. A resident managing program 124 performs a corresponding process by referring to the contents and writes the end report in the client-side communication port 111 of the main storage device 110 of the client. Consequently, the resident information and delivery information can independently be updated to eliminates the need to pay attention to the delivery information when the resident information is updated and to the resident information when the delivery information is updated. |
