<p>A liquid jet for a surgical instrument has a two-part structure, is of simple, economic design and is suitable for frequent use in surgery. It consists of a first, entirely sterile, single-use part and a second fixed part. The first, single-use part comprises a hand piece (11) connected by at least one feed pipe (12) to a flexible pouch (13) for physiological serum. The serum is pressurized in a hermetic chamber (14) by means of a pressurized gaz from a reservoir (15), both the chamber and the reservoir being located in the second, fixed part. A control unit (30) controls and regulates the operating parameters of the instrument. Application in surgery.</p> |
