PURPOSE:To prevent delay in train operation and quicken recovery even if delay has occurred by commanding an arrival position, arrival time and speed at the arrival time as a target to be reached for trains to be controlled based on train schedule basically. CONSTITUTION:A central operation controller 10000 and a station device 11000 are installed on the ground. The central operation controller 10000 monitors trains over the whole line and prepares and changes a train schedule. An operation control calculator 10100 is connected with the station device 11000 via a wide-area network 12000. On the other hand, the station device 11000 has a station schedule based on the train schedule, monitors a train which progresses from a preceding station to own station, sets the target condition based on the station schedule, and transmits to an on-vehicle device 200 of the train. The on-vehicle device 200 is equipped with an on-vehicle calculator 20100, etc. On this occasion, an arrival position, arrival time, and speed at the arrival time are commanded as a target to be reached for trains to be controlled based on the train schedule. |
