PURPOSE:To manufacture Fresnel lense plates continuously and easily by coating ultraviolet or electron radiation curing type resin over a mold, laminating films, and then, curing and releasing the same and integrating with a transparent base. CONSTITUTION:Ultraviolet or electron radiation curing type 5 is coated inside a mold 1 having Fresnel lens face form 2 by a coating device 4, and a transparent plastic film 7 forming a primer layer 6 is coated starting from the end of the resin layer 5 while defoaming, and further, after irradiating ultraviolet 9 or electron radiation 10 to cure the same, released and a given transparent base 13 is laminated through an adhesive layer 12 to be integrated with. Releasing and defoaming are carried out easily, and the selection of resin for the base is all free. |
