A tubular lining hose (1) for use in softlining pipe rehabilitation which includes the use of a layer of reinforcing fibers (3) to reinforce the lining hose (1). A layer of reinforcing fibers (3), such as fiberglass, is encapsulated between layers (2, 4) of resin absorbing material saturated with resin. The saturated resin absorbing layers (2, 4) form a protective veil around the reinforcing fibers (3) and protect the reinforcing fibers (3) from water and other corrosive materials. |
