PURPOSE:To completely get rid of wrinkles, slippage, water leakage and deformation at the connection part by treating properly the outer surface of the top of a boot and sticking a bending tape of polyvinyl chloride or polyvinyl chloride leather around the outer surface using an adhesive, inserting the top of the boot into the hem of a body part made of polyvinyl chloride, and sticking them by heating. CONSTITUTION:After treating the outer surface of the top 3 of a boot 1 with an organochlorine primer followed by drying, a urethane adhesive is coated on the surface of the primer with a brush. Then, while heating and drying it at 60 deg.C for five minutes, the urethane adhesive is also coated on one side of a tape 5 of polyvinyl chloride and them it is heated and dried as well. The adhesive layer of this tape 5 is layered on the adhesive layer of the top of a boot 1 to let the tape 5 stick to the outer surface of the top 3 of the boot 1. Then, while adjusting the top 3 of the boot to a hem 4 of a body part 2 of polyvinyl chloride, the outer surface of the hem is stuck thereto by using a welder bar, and then it is covered with an ornament tape 6. |
