PURPOSE:To make call transmission and reception even to a terminal equipment of a public network even when a mobile terminal equipment of a public network subscriber moves to an enterprise office without application of revision to a public network. CONSTITUTION:When a public mobile terminal equipment 102 sends a message to an enterprise base station 1077, a radio controller 110 connecting to a PBX 111 sends the same message as that sent by a public mobile terminal equipment 102 to a public base station 106. Moreover, when a radio controller 110 receives a message from a public subscriber exchange 401 via a public base station 106, the radio controller 110 informs the content to the enterprise base station 107 via the PBX 111 and the enterprise base station 107 sends the same message as the message received by the radio controller 110 to the public mobile terminal equipment 102. |
