COPYING MACHINE CONTROLLER

PURPOSE:To prevent the stop of a copying machine or the succession of not copyable days by providing a means for selecting one from making copyable and not making copyable at the time of reaching usage limit preliminarily set up. CONSTITUTION:A controller 20 of the copying machine 10 which allows the machine to perform copying only when a right password number is inputted is provided with a usage result sum up means 22 summing up them by respective password numbers, a usage limit storage means 24 storing by respective password numbers, a comparing means 23 which generates a usage limit signal by comparing usage results from the usage result sum up means 22 corresponding to inputted password numbers and usage limits from the usage limit storage means 24 corresponding to the inputted password numbers and an overriding means which enables performing copying even when the usage limit signal is generated from the comparing means 23. Further, the means 25 for selecting one from making copyable and not making copyable at the state of being over the usage limit by selectively making the application of the overriding means possible or impossible is provided.
