The shower tray (DW) has a non-slip bottom and/or a flat access on at least one side. The bottom of the trap has protrusions and depressions moulded in it. The protrusions and depressions are of a variety of shapes, including circular and oval (Fe,FG). The access to the tray consists of a horizontal lip. The dia. (Fe) of the circular depressions is shaped to an average heel, and the preferably oval curves (FG) to an average instep. The distance between the centres of two troughs is adapted to the average distance of the heel to the ball of the foot (SP1). USE/ADVANTAGE - The shower tray for the elderly or handicapped people in wheel-chairs enables them to step in easily in bare feet.
